Titanium announces Canadian acquisition

Lloydminster, Alberta, – Titanium Tubing Technology Ltd. today unveiled an expansion in product offerings in order to better serve its customers. The company will add to its current product offerings of coiled tubing, nitrogen and engineering through the acquisition of part of Tucker Energy Services Canada’s Cased Hole and Completions division.

“This acquisition will enhance Titanium’s product and service capabilities and allow us to build upon the leadership, quality and service of our company,” said Pat Potter, Titanium’s chief executive officer.

Titanium is currently planning the integration of cased hole services into its product lines, regions of operation, and functional support areas.

“Our customers will benefit greatly from our increased product offerings,” said Potter. “They will see efficiency and cost savings through this acquisition while we continue to build upon our excellence in operations and safety.”
